Basnet Club Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (" Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Basnet Club ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing basnetclub.net, downloading the Basnet Club app, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all sections of the Basnet Club platform including sports betting, casino games, live casino, fish games, bingo, promotions and any future features added to the platform. They are supplemented by specific rules for individual game categories and promotions, which are published separately and form part of the overall agreement.

Basnet Club reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Basnet Club, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be the account holder and acting on your own behalf — proxy registration or playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a Basnet Club employee where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Basnet Club reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. All decisions regarding eligibility are at Basnet Club's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Basnet Club platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information. Basnet Club relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.
• You must notify Basnet Club support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Basnet Club will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it.

Account verification — including submission of identity documents — may be required before your first withdrawal and at any point thereafter. This process exists to protect players and maintain platform integrity. Basnet Club handles all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits

All deposits on Basnet Club are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Deposits can be made via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and other approved mobile wallets.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Deposit page within your account dashboard.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
• Basnet Club does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Basnet Club account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer.
• Basnet Club does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission and approval of valid ID documentation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name. Requests to a third-party account will not be fulfilled.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Basnet Club reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests. This may extend processing time but will be communicated to you promptly.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Exact processing times are shown at point of request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Basnet Club offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, fish games, slots and table games may each carry different contribution percentages. These are published with each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold one active bonus at any time unless a promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: Basnet Club monitors bonus usage. Players found to be structuring bets to exploit bonus terms, using low-risk hedging strategies or participating in any form of coordinated bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts restricted.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the relevant offer terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Basnet Club offers sports betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless the platform provides an explicit cash-out option and you exercise it before the relevant event concludes.
• Basnet Club reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including during live in-play events, where circumstances require it.
• In the event of a PSL or other cricket match being abandoned, suspended or reduced in overs, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that event type.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your account balance promptly after official result confirmation.
• Maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type and player account tier.
• Basnet Club will not be liable for bets placed based on inaccurate or outdated odds caused by technical errors. In such cases, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, insider information use or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Casino & Games

Basnet Club's casino, live casino, fish games and bingo are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are facilitated by third-party studio providers whose results are independently monitored.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by Basnet Club or any player outside of the normal rules of the game.
• It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Rules are available within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the system upon reconnection. Basnet Club will not accept liability for connection issues caused by the player's internet service.
• If a game malfunction or technical error is identified, the affected game session may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from malfunctioning game sessions are not valid for withdrawal.
• Fish game multipliers, jackpot triggers and special events are governed by the individual game's internal mechanics as provided by the game supplier.

9. Player Conduct

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times when using the Basnet Club platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language towards Basnet Club staff or other players in any chat or communication feature.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to support.
• Colluding with other players in any game category to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud or illicit financial activity.

Basnet Club operates active monitoring systems. Any account found to be in breach of the conduct rules above will be subject to immediate suspension pending investigation. Confirmed breaches may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Basnet Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, match-fixing or collusion.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, Basnet Club reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture as a result of the breach will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules before closure is finalised.
